Emergency Shipping - Add Approximately $60.00 to the Standard Shipping Rate

The Ship-By date is different for each item. Consult the item page for that item's Ship-By date. To calculate when your delivery will arrive add the Ship-By date to the number of days in transit depending on the shipping method you choose. For example, if an item ships in 4-7 business days and you choose Priority Shipping, you item could arrive anywhere from 7-11 business days from the date you place your order. Standard and Priority ship times are not guaranteed. Standard and Priority Shipping may take up to 30 days to arrive from the date the package is shipped. Express Shipping generally arrives at your address 1-2 days after the date the item is shipped. If you need your item by a certain date you must choose Emergency Shipping. Emergency shipping is available for domestic orders only. Not available for all items. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM noon CT for same day shipping. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. All orders are subject to verification. Orders will not be shipped until verified. This could add to your shipping time. Priority Delivery to Canada

Add approximately $10.00 to Standard Canada Shipping Rates.

Express Delivery to Canada

Add approximately $30.00 to Standard Canada Shipping Rates. Order usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the date the item is shipped. The Ship-By date is different for each item. Consult the item page for that item's Ship-By date. To calculate when your delivery will arrive add the Ship-By date to the number of days in transit depending on the shipping method you choose. For example, if an item ships in 4-7 business days and you choose Standard to Canada Shipping, you item could arrive anywhere from 7-12 business days from the date you place your order. Delivery Date Not Guaranteed. All orders are subject to verification. All orders where the Ship To Address does not match the cardholder's address will be verified before the order is shipped. This may cause delays.

International

International Standard Delivery

Standard international shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, shipping method and number of items in the order. You can calculate the Shipping and Handling costs for your order before checking out by clicking the My Cart button in the upper right corner of every page. 

International Express Delivery

Add approximately $40.00-$300.00 to Standard International Shipping Rates. Order usually arrives within 3-10 business days from the date the item is shipped. The Ship-By date is different for each item. Consult the item page for that item's Ship-By date. To calculate when your delivery will arrive add the Ship-By date to the number of days in transit depending on the shipping method you choose. For example, if an item ships in 4-7 business days and you choose International Express Shipping, you item could arrive anywhere from 7-17 business days from the date you place your order. Delivery Date Not Guaranteed. International Express shipments do have a tracking no. Orders will not be shipped until verified. This could add to the shipping time. Customs and Import Duties. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Body Body does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Backordered Items

Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or custom made at the time of the order. These are considered backordered items. Please read the item information page completely to determine whether your shipment will be backordered. If items are backordered the total shipping and handling charge will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

Every order placed with Body Body is subject to address verification. Make sure the address and phone no. in your Bill To section corresponds to the information on record with your credit card issuer. If you include a different Ship To address you will receive a phone call verifying that you indeed placed an order. This is to protect the consumer against unauthorized card usage.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Body Body is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Undeliverable Shipments

There will be a restocking charge of $50.00 per item shipped for any packages returned by USPS or any other carrier as undeliverable. Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. Once an order has been placed the shipping address cannot be changed.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Qualifying non-apparel items may be returned for refund up to 30 days after date of shipment with the exceptions noted below. Satisfaction guaranteed. We will gladly refund or exchange any apparel item returned to us within 30 days of shipment or 2 days after delivery for certain items as noted below. The item must be returned to us in a NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and labels attached and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. All evening gowns, cocktail dresses and lined swimsuits must be returned within 48 hours of the delivery date and time as tracked by our carrier. Any item of apparel returned after this time will not be refunded and will be returned to you only with an additional shipping fee. We will not refund or exchange an item that, in our sole discretion, we judge to have been worn or abused. We do not refund or exchange clearance items for any reason. We do not refund or exchange intimate apparel or devices - including but not limited to bras, panties, lingerie  - or jewelry for any reason. Sex toys and sexual devices are not refunded, exchanged or replaced for any reason. Most sexual devices are covered by the manufacturer\'s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement instructions. No refunds for Shipping and Handling charges. By sending your return you hereby agree to these Refund and Exchange Terms.

We do not refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier unless those items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We replace items other than sexual devices and sex toys that arrive damaged. We do not refund damaged items.If an article of clothing arrives damaged please send a photo of the item detailing the damage. We do not refund or replace items which are covered by  a manufacturer\'s warranty. 

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning all packages. Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to insure a safe and documented delivery.
