Is it safe to order on-line?

Ordering with us on-line is just as safe as any other type of credit card transaction you may make, whether it is in a store or over the phone.

Our on-line credit card payment system is provided by authorize.net, using the highest level of industry standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number, it is transmitted in an encrypted (scrambled) form directly to authorize.net and the processing bank. Body Body does not have access to your card information and does not store it. All financial transactions take place off site and are handled solely by the respective financial institutions. In addition, Body Body is certified fully compliant with PCI DSS standards for maintaining a secure environment.

Our Paypal payment system is managed by Paypal alone and any  financial information you enter is on the Paypal servers only with no participation by Body Body. Paypal in turn offers the highest security data protection available.

Do you collect information about me that I don't know about?

Body Body does not collect any personal information about you, including your e-mail address unless you supply it (e.g. when you place an order, e-mail us etc.)

The information we may collect is technical, such as your IP address, page visits, originating server, and/or software version. We only summarize this information to assist us in site design and product offerings.

What do you do with the information I give you?

Name and Street Address

We collect your name and street address when you order on-line. We use this information only to ship your order. We do not make your name and address available to other companies.

E-Mail address

We collect your e-mail address when you order on-line. We use it to confirm your order and ship date and to e-mail you regarding special offerings on our on-line store that may interest you. We do not make your e-mail address available to other companies.

Phone number

We collect your phone number when you order on-line. We only use your phone number to contact you if there is a problem in processing your order.
