HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Click here for a printable return and exchange form. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it wih the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would like to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form. Satisfaction guaranteed. We will gladly refund or exchange any apparel item returned to us within 90 days of receipt. The item must be returned to us in a NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and labels attached and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. All evening gowns, cocktail dresses, swimsuits, panties and lingerie must be returned within 90 days of the delivery day. We will not refund or exchange an item that, in our sole discretion, we judge to have been worn or abused. No refunds for downloads of photos of our models. We do not refund or exchange clearance items for any reason. No refunds for Shipping and Handling charges.
