HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
We will gladly refund or exchange non-excluded outer apparel items returned to us within 90 days of receipt. The item must be returned to us in a NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and labels attached and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. These must be returned within 90 days of the delivery day. We will not refund or exchange an item that, in our sole discretion, we judge to have been worn or abused. Evening wear and formal wear may not be returned or refunded for any reason. Evening wear that appears to be damaged during shipping must be returned for exchange only within 24 hours of your receipt of the garment. The defective item will be replaced only, not refunded. We will replace it with an identical item; it cannot be exchanged for a different size, color or style. No returns or exchanges for lingerie, costumes, panties, swimwear g-strings or thongs, liquid products, Sylvie Monthule products or any jewelry or any devices that are meant to touch the genital or anal areas. We do not refund or exchange clearance items for any reason. No refunds for Shipping and Handling charges. Unauthorized returns will be held for two weeks and then destroyed; they will be remanded to the customer only upon payment of appropriate shipping costs.
